Then tell me what's on your plate, the way you'd tell a colleague. Nothing to set up, and nothing to learn.
What to expect
Say it once, he keeps track
Tell him what you need to remember, in your own words, and it goes on a list that's yours. Hand him an email or a photo, and when it needs an answer he drafts one in your voice for you to send.
A morning email, and answers
On days there's something, a short email first thing: what's due, what's open, what still wants a reply. And he knows how your company works, so you can ask him before you ask around.
What stays yours
Your conversations and your list stay yours. What he learns about the work goes into a picture your team shares. Files you hand him are seen by whoever runs the business and the studio, and you can delete any you've handed over.
Invited by the studio. Use the address your invitation went to.
